Before you hit the big button which takes you into our events management system, here is the information you need to know about registering.
Congress runs from Thursday evening, 11 February through to Sunday, 14 February 2027. See the Schedule for more information.
Registration Price
We are running an Early Bird special until 14 November 2026. The full price will be NZ$495.
The Early Bird Special rates are:
Full Congress (3 days) NZ$395
Two days NZ$300
One day NZ$150
This price includes the Welcome event on Thursday, 11 February (please indicate if you are attending) and morning and afternoon teas.
Congress Lunches
Lunch boxes are available from our caterers for NZ$25 per day. You can order these for all days or individual days.
Congress Dinner
The Congress Dinner will be held at the James Cook Grand Chancellor Hotel on Saturday, 13 February 2027 from 7pm. The price is NZ$130 per person. You are able to book for partners on the registration form. There is a limit of 250 seats.
We will be collecting any dietary requirements during registration.
Masterclasses
We are offering Masterclasses on the Saturday and Sunday mornings before the Congress schedule commences. These are NZ$75 each but note that they are each limited to 30 attendees on a first in basis. And you can only attend one each day.
Payment
Payment is by credit card via Stripe payments. If you are registering from Australia, there may be an option to pay in Australian dollars at an exchange rate set by the payment system. It is your choice whether to accept this.
The fees listed above include all credit card fees at our end. Your credit card company may add further fees that are beyond our control.
Other Information
We will also be gauging interest on visits to the National Library/Archives NZ, Wellington City Libraries/Archives and Bolton Street Cemetery so we can let them know of the numbers to expect and send you further information.

If you are speaking at the Congress, you will be sent an email with a registration link which will connect up with your speaker information. Please DO NOT use the link on this page. Please check your spam if you don’t receive an email from us.
If you forget something from your registration, please email us and we can manually add it to your registration.
