You may submit up to 5 proposals.
None of the presentation proposals can be presented as part of any family or local history society programme either before February 2027 or for six months after the Congress.
The Congress Planning committee will negotiate a package with each speaker regarding speaker’s fee, travel and accommodation, and other options, on acceptance of a presentation proposal.
A handout of the presentation (in MS Word) format will also be required for digital release to Congress delegates.
It is the speaker’s responsibility to ensure their presentations do not violate any copyright or privacy legislation and appropriate permissions have been obtained for the use of any copyright material.
The Parties agree that the copyright of the presentation and handout is retained by the Speaker and may not be further published, reproduced, sold, displayed online, or distributed to non-registrants without written permission of the Speaker apart from release to Congress registrants.
